Elite Spell. Target foe is struck for 5...41...50 lightning damage. That foe and all adjacent foes are Blinded for 3...7...8 seconds. This spell has 25% armor penetration. If this spell strikes an attacking foe, all adjacent foes are also struck and this spell deals 50% more damage.

  • Heroes use Blinding Surge as a generic damage spell without contingencies. They do not prioritize attacking foes nor martial foes.

Notes[edit]

Anomaly Anomaly.Unlike all other Elementalist skills that deal both damage and additional damage (except Sandstorm and Teinai's Wind), this skill's additional damage is not dealt in a separate packet.
